Entertainment AI plc (renamed SEEEN plc) (AIM: SEEN.L) announces that the notice of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held on 12 August 2020 at 3:00 p.m. (BST) at 199 Whitney Avenue, New Haven, Connecticut 06510, USA has been posted to shareholders.
Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions, the Annual General Meeting will be a 'Closed Meeting' with Shareholders unable to attend. Proxy voting is therefore encouraged.
