2014 LTIP vesting

On 2 May 2018, following a recommendation made by the Company, the Trustee of the SEGRO plc Employees' Benefit Trust resolved to release the shares under the 2014 Long Term Incentive Plan Award (the Award) to the below Directors/PDMRs.

The table below shows the number of shares released, and subsequently sold, and the resultant beneficial holdings:

(a)  Further details of the operation of the LTIP are available in the Company's 2017 Annual Report and Accounts. As estimitated in the 2017 Annual Report and Accounts, the Company's performance against benchmarks resulted in a 100 per cent vesting of the Award.

(b)  David Sleath's shareholding is 888.1 per cent of his base salary and Phil Redding's shareholding is 675.1 per cent of his base salary as at today's date. They are expected to hold shares equivalent to 250 and 200 per cent of their base salary respectively. The number of shares held which contribute towards the shareholding requirement, includes beneficial interests, including SIP and DSBP shares. The value of the shares has been calculated using the mid-market quotation share price of 638.0 pence, as at 2 May 2018.
