NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS AND CONNECTED PERSONS
Slough Estates plc notifies that the Directors listed below were today awarded
the following shares under the Share Incentive Plan.
Sir Nigel Mobbs 682 ordinary shares of 25p
J A N Heawood 682 ordinary shares of 25p
R D Kingston 682 ordinary shares of 25p
I D Coull 682 ordinary shares of 25p
The shares are held by the Slough Estates plc Share Incentive Plan Trustees
until 25 June 2009.
As a result of these transactions the directors holdings increase to the
following:-
Sir Nigel Mobbs 595,908 ordinary shares of 25p (including 18,327 shares
registered in name of spouse)
J A N Heawood 53,793 ordinary shares of 25p (including 19,987 shares registered
in name of spouse)
R D Kingston 68,191 ordinary shares of 25p (including 7,866 shares in the name
of his spouse).
The holding of the Trustees in ordinary shares of 25p following the award under
the Share Incentive Plan is now 373,322 in which Sir Nigel Mobbs, J A Heawood,
and R D Kingston are all listed as potential beneficiaries under the terms of
the Trust.
