Slough Estates plc
We have been advised by the Trustees of the Slough Estates plc 1994 Employee
Benefit Trust (the 'Trust') that 25,404 shares were released to participants
under the terms of the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan. The Trustees sold on
22 June 2004 a total of 11,285 ordinary shares, at a price of 442p per ordinary
share to meet the tax liabilities of the participants. Details of the number of
ordinary shares released to each director are set out below:
