Following the recent merger of CGU plc and Norwich Union plc, a centralised
global reporting unit has been established. CGNU plc and certain of its
subsidiaries have the following notifiable interest, which represents 3.1% of
the current share capital of the Company:-

Morley Fund Management Ltd - 3,347,492
Norwich Union Investment Management Ltd - 9,442,857
