hold (either directly or indirectly) a material interest of 25,726,076 ordinary 
shares of 25p each representing 5.48% and a non-material interest of 6,491,073
ordinary shares of 25p each representing  1.38% with a total interest of 6.87%
of the issued share capital of the company.
