Hygea  VCT plc announces that on 4(th) November 2011 Mr John Hustler, a director
of  the Company,  purchased 60,000 ordinary  shares at  a price  of 44 pence per
share.  Mr Hustler  is now  interested in  190,000 ordinary shares, representing
2.34% per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
