NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL
RESPONSIBILITIES OR THEIR CONNECTED PERSONS


The Company was notified today that on 8 April 2008 the following Person
Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR) exercised an option over ordinary
shares of 10 pence each in Senior plc under the Senior plc 1999 Executive Share 
Option Plan.

Shares deriving from the above exercise of option were subsequently disposed of
on 8 April 2008 as indicated below.  The transaction took place on the London
Stock Exchange.
