Ordinary shares of 10 pence each in Senior plc were allotted to the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") following the exercise of options that were granted on 8 April 2009 under the terms of the Senior plc 2006 Savings-Related Share Option Plan ("Sharesave").

Some of the shares allotted to a PDMR were subsequently disposed of on 24 August 2012, as indicated below.  The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.
