Senior plc has been notified that on 4 December 2013, Derek Harding, Group Finance Director, and his wife purchased a combined total of 20,000 Ordinary 10 pence shares in the Company, at a price of 286.9 pence per share.  Following this transaction, Derek Harding and his wife collectively hold 20,000 shares in the Company.
