Dealing by Investment Adviser

 

The Company announces the purchase of 11,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by Randall Sandstrom, a Partner of Sequoia Investment Management Company Limited, Investment Adviser to the Company, at a price of 103 pence per Ordinary Share.  

 

Following this transaction, Mr Sandstrom has an interest in 58,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.004% of the Company's issued ordinary shares (in addition to his beneficial interest in the Ordinary Shares held by the Investment Adviser).
