INITIAL NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ('PDMRs') IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 19 OF THE EU MARKET ABUSE REGULATION 596/2014
Serco Group plc ('Serco' or 'the Company'), the international service company, confirms the vesting details of performance Awards granted in 2014 to Rupert Soames ('Nominal Cost Options') and Ed Casey ('Conditional Share Awards') under the 2009 Serco Performance Share Plan ('PSP'), and Awards granted in 2014 in the form of Nominal Cost Options to Rupert Soames in connection with his appointment to the Company to compensate for performance share awards forfeited on joining Serco (the 'Recruitment Award'). The performance period for the Awards commenced on 1 January 2014 for the EPS performance condition, and 27 June 2014 for all other performance conditions.
