DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS
Severfield plc ("the Company") wishes to notify the following changes in the interests of persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") in ordinary shares ("Shares").
GRANT OF CONDITIONAL SHARE AWARD
On 18th June 2015 grants of the following conditional awards over Shares were made under the Severfield Performance Share Plan ("PSP") to the following PDMRs representing the maximum number of shares available to such beneficiaries on satisfaction in full of the performance targets applicable to those awards:

Vesting of each award is conditional upon performance conditions (relating, inter alia, to the Company's earnings per share) to be applied over a three year performance period. Subject to the performance conditions any Shares which vest will be released as soon as possible following 18th June 2018. No consideration was paid for the grant of the awards.
The Company was notified of these transactions on 18th June 2015.
This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1)(a).
