Voting Rights and Share Capital Update

Total Voting Rights

In conformity with DTR 5.6.1 the Company notifies that as at the date of this announcement, it has a single class of shares in issue being ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") and that the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 309,087,386.

The change since the last notification of 309,538,321 is due to the purchase and cancellation of 450,935 Ordinary Shares in accordance with the Company's share buy-back announced on 17 April 2024.

Each Ordinary Share entitles the holder to a single vote at general meetings of the Company therefore, the total voting rights in the Company is 309,087,386. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury.
