Karen Staunton, wife of Henry Staunton, a Director of the Company, purchased a total of 50,000 ordinary shares of 25p each at a price of 114.00p per share on 9 August 2010. Henry Staunton's interest in the Company is now 50,000 ordinary shares of 25p each (0.008%).
