Director's Shareholding and Issue of Equity

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 19 July 2010, the Company has
issued an additional 39,925 shares to Mr. Gareth Taylor, a director of the
Company. This additional issue of shares to Mr. Taylor has been made due to an
error when calculating the number of shares due to him in lieu of salary for the
month of June 2010.

Following the allotment of the above ordinary shares Mr. Gareth Taylor will hold
a total of 230,199 shares in the Company representing 0.18% of the issued share
capital.

Application has been made for the 39,925 new ordinary shares of 0.01p each in
the Company to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock
Exchange.

The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares and
dealings are expected to commence in the new ordinary shares on 28 July 2010.

Following the issue of the new ordinary shares as described above, the Company's
issued share capital now consists of 127,361,185 ordinary shares of 0.01p each.
