Replacement - Directors Dealings

The following amendment has been made to the Directors Dealings announcement released by Shanta Gold Limited (AIM: SHGI) on 1 October 2015 at 11:00 under RNS No 8242A

The Number of Shares Acquired in the table should have read 100,000. (The incorrect figure in the table announcement was 50,000.)

All other details remain unchanged.

Directors Dealings

Shanta Gold (AIM: SHG), the East Africa-focused gold producer, developer and explorer, was informed on 30 September 2015 that Dr. Toby Bradbury, Chief Executive Officer of Shanta Gold, has purchased on the same date, 100,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence in the Company a price of 5.2 pence each.

Following this purchase, Dr. Bradbury holds 150,000 ordinary shares in the Company:
