                              Total Voting Rights

Following the issue of equity in the Company as announced on 4 May and 12 May
2010, Shanta notifies that the Company's issued share capital
comprises 115,399,948 ordinary shares of 0.01p each. There are no ordinary
shares held in Treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the
Company is 115,399,948.

The above figure of 115,399,948 may be used by shareholders in the Company as
the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the
share capital of the Company.
