Shawbrook Group plc establishment of £1,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme

Shawbrook Group plc (the "Issuer") today announced that the base admission particulars dated 7 July 2023 (the "Base Admission Particulars") in relation to the establishment of its £1,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "EMTN Programme") for the issuance of Senior Notes and Tier 2 Capital Notes has been published.
Pursuant to the EMTN Programme, the Issuer may from time to time issue notes up to the maximum outstanding aggregate principal amount of GBP 1,000,000,000. The EMTN Programme was established on the London Stock Exchange's International Securities Market.
