Exercise of Warrants
Aurum Mining plc (AIM: AUR), the gold-mining company focussed on the Former
Soviet Union, announces that application has been made for the admission to
trading on AIM of 170,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ('Shares') in the Company,
pursuant to the exercise of warrants issued in connection with the issue of
convertible loan notes on 15 February 2006. The Shares will rank pari passu
with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares, and dealings in the shares
are expected to commence 4 December 2007.
