Correction to Directors' Participation and Total Voting Rights
Shefa Yamim (LON: SEFA), a company focused on advanced exploration and development of multi-gemstone projects in Northern Israel, announces that the directors of Shefa Yamim (A.T.M.) Ltd. participated in the Placing announced on 13 May 2019 (RNS Number: 8481Y) as follows:

The Company further announces that the total number of Ordinary Shares of 0.10 NIS each in issue as at 5 June 2019 was 167,364,260. This is a correction to the figure of 167,300,000 as per the announcement of 13 May 2019 (RNS Number: 8481Y).
Each Ordinary Share carries one vote. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 167,364,260.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as a denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007.
