Third Interim Dividend

The Board of Shires Income plc has declared a third interim dividend of 4.4p per
share in respect of the year to 31 March 2005 (third interim 2004 - 4.4p)
payable on 29 April 2005 to shareholders on the register at close of business on
8 April 2005.
