Edenville Energy plc (AIM:EDL), the coal focused African energy exploration and development company, announces that the following options to acquire ordinary shares in the share capital of Edenville ("Options") have been granted to Directors:

The Options have an exercise price of 0.25 pence, and a vesting date of 21 October 2014, being 12 months from the date of grant. All current options outstanding have been cancelled. The Options granted represent 4.9 per cent. of the total issued share capital of Edenville.
