Edenville Energy Plc (AIM: EDL), the AIM quoted company developing a coal project in southwest Tanzania, announces that following the First Admission of the 500,000,000 Firm Placing Shares earlier today, it has been advised that Neal Griffith and Oliver Stansfield each have a shareholding of 62,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.02p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), individually representing 2.9% of the outstanding share capital of the Company.

Both individuals are Directors of Brandon Hill Capital Ltd, a natural resources focused investor and adviser, which also has a direct interest in 62,500,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.9% of the outstanding share capital of the Company.

Accordingly, the revised combined interest of these three parties is 187,500,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 8.7% of the Company's outstanding share capital.

Capitalised terms used but not otherwise defined in this announcement bear the meanings ascribed to them in the Circular which was posted to Shareholders on 29 April 2019.
