Edenville Energy Plc (AIM: EDL), the AIM quoted company developing a coal project in southwest Tanzania, announces that following the First Admission of the 500,000,000 Firm Placing Shares on 2 May 2019, it has been advised that Alex Fullard, Dave Thomas and Will Orgee now each have respective shareholdings of 85,215,334, 98,010,335 and 96,773,555 ordinary shares of 0.02p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

All 3 individuals are Directors of Pitchcroft Capital Ltd, which has subscribed for Conditional Placing Shares in the Placing which was announced by the Company on 29 April 2019. 

Accordingly, the revised combined interest of these three parties is 279,999,224 Ordinary Shares, representing 13.0% of the outstanding share capital.

Capitalised terms used but not otherwise defined in this announcement bear the meanings ascribed to them in the Circular which was posted to Shareholders on 29 April 2019.
