Edenville Energy plc (AIM: EDL), the company focussed on developing a coal-to-power project in south west Tanzania, announces that the Company's Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2015 has been posted out to shareholders and is available for download at the Company's website: http://www.edenville-energy.com 

The Company also confirms that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at Acre House, 11-15 William Road, London NW1 3ER on 3 June 2016 at 10 a.m.
