            Launch of Your Destiny USA and Telephony Services in USA





TV Commerce (TVC), the AIM listed media and entertainment company, is pleased to
announce it has successfully launched Your Destiny Psychic Television in the
USA. Initially, four 30-minute shows have been produced and are being aired
throughout the USA on National Cable, on channels including Inspirational
Network, Oxygen and Country Music Television, which alone reaches 67.7 million
subscribers. The programs will also be aired on 24 major local channels covering
New York, New York; Denver, Colorado; Las Vegas, Nevada; Detroit, Michigan;
Chicago, Illinois; Houston, Texas; and Tampa, Florida.


The shows were produced at the Company's UK studios. They are hosted by Yasmin
Khan and Jemma Buckley and feature well known British psychic and medium Melayn
Stone.


It is intended that revenues will be generated via psychic readings sold to
viewers on screen and paid for via credit card or premium rate SMS text
services. American viewer's call a freephone number which is then transferred to
the UK were a live operator will take details and arrange for a UK based psychic
to give a reading based on the amount of time purchased. The telephony
technology platform has been provided by our existing UK partner Stream Group
and the service is available 24 hours a day

Simultaneously with the television launch the Company is also pleased to
announce its entry into American premium rate text market, initially with the
psychic chat format. With immediate effect, cellphone users on Cingular
(including AT&T), Verizon, T-Mobile, Nextel and Boost can send a text message to
a psychic and receive an answer from a live psychic 24 hours a day without
using cable TV. Based on our UK traffic and market analysis the company would
expect at least 50,000 new messages per month to be generated. Setting up a USA
premium text service has been a complex procedure and has taken over 6 months,
and TV Commerce's partners Requestec have successfully overcome many barriers.
Starting other services such as text dating in the USA will not require us to
devote the same amount of time and resources again.


TV Commerce already owns 85588 short code in the UK and now owning the 85588
short code in the USA means the company can seamlessly promote the same text
code.
