Gemstones of Africa Plc (AIM: GOA), ') is pleased to announce that all resolutions at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today at Acre House, 11-15 William Road, London, NE1 3ER were duly passed save for Resolutions 2 and 3 as both Mr. Hargreaves and Mr. Eastwood resigned as Directors pursuant to the announcement made on 21 July 2009.
