SigmaRoc plc, the AIM listed 'buy-and-build' construction materials group, announces that Gary Drinkwater has resigned from the board of Directors of the Company (the "Board"), with immediate effect due to personal health reasons.
Mr Drinkwater was appointed to the Board with effect from the Company's admission to trading on AIM on 5 January 2017, pursuant to the terms of the Relationship Agreement (please see the Company's AIM admission document dated 15 December 2016 (the "Admission Document") for more information).
Ravenscroft, Pula, TEMK and Bailiwick have indicated to the Company that, pursuant to the terms of the Relationship Agreement, they intend to appoint a nominee director to the Board in due course, subject to the satisfactory completion of the requisite regulatory due diligence process.
Capitalised terms used in this announcement carry the same meaning as those ascribed to them in the Admission Document, unless the context requires otherwise.
