Messaging International, the AIM traded provider of innovative messaging services, was informed on 4 October 2012 that, on 28 September 2012, Westside Investments Plc ("Westside"), acquired 750,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 0.55p per share. Westside together with its wholly owned subsidiary, Reverse Takeover Investments, have a beneficial interest in 24,750,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 15.9% of the issued share capital of the Company. Mr Geoffrey Simmonds, Non-executive Director of Messaging, is a Director and 12% shareholder of Westside.
