 Posting of Annual Report and Lifting of Suspension

Messaging International Plc, the AIM traded provider of innovative messaging services, announces that the report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013 have been posted to shareholders and are available now on the Company's website www1.telemessage.com. Accordingly, the Company has had its suspension lifted and has resumed trading on AIM effective 7.30 a.m. on 3 July 2014.

Further to the announcement of 30 June 2014 of Unaudited Preliminary Results for the year ended 31 December 2013, the Company confirms there are no material changes contained in the report and accounts.

The annual general meeting of the Company will be held at AH Montpelier, 58-60 Berners Street, London W1T 3JS on 31 July 2014 at 9:30 a.m.
