Abundance Bonds update

Further to the Company's announcement on 2 June 2023, SAE is pleased to announce that the holders of the AOE17 debentures have approved the proposed amendment to the 2017 debenture deed, which:

•              extends the maturity date from 30 June 2023 to 30 June 2024 (the "Extension Period"); and

•              will pay an enhanced interest for the Extension Period of 10%.
