Posting of Notice of Annual General Meeting

And

 Scrip Dividend Scheme Circular

Sirius Real Estate is pleased to announce that the Notice of the Annual General Meeting has today been posted to shareholders and is available on the Group's website: www.siriusrealestate.com.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 33 St James's Square, London SW1Y 4JS on 26 August 2014 at 11am.

In addition, further to the Final Results announcement dated 16 June 2014, in which the Directors confirmed their intention that future dividends will be offered to shareholders in cash or scrip form, the Company is pleased to confirm the Scrip Dividend Scheme Circular and Form of Election have also today been posted to shareholders and are available on the Group's website.

The operation of the Scrip Dividend Scheme is subject to the approval of the Directors and of the Shareholders in the form of the passing of Resolution 10 set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting. If the Scrip Dividend Scheme is to be operated, Shareholders will be notified by means of the announcement which details the results of the Annual General Meeting, or by means of a separate letter to Shareholders which will include details of the basis of entitlement to New Shares.

If the operation of the Scrip Dividend Scheme is not approved as required, or if the conditions are not satisfied, the relevant Dividend will be paid in cash.
