Bo Magnusson, Executive Vice President and Head of Business Support, will leave
SEB on 1 November 2011. Martin Johansson, currently Head of the Baltic division,
has been named the new Head of Business Support.
David Teare, currently Head of Client Relationship Management (CRM) within
Merchant Banking, has been named the new Head of the Baltic division. David
Teare will become an adjunct member of the bank's Group Executive Committee and
will report to Martin Johansson.
Peter Høltermand, Head of SEB Denmark, and William Paus, Head of SEB Norway,
will also become adjunct members of the Group Executive Committee. As a result,
SEB's Nordic focus in senior management will be strengthened further, which
reflects SEB's growth initiatives within the Nordic wholesale segment.
Johan Torgeby, currently head of Large Corporates within CRM, has been named the
new Head of CRM, Merchant Banking.
The appointments will be effective on 1 November 2011.
