Changes to the Board of Directors

The  Company  is  pleased to announce the following changes with  effect  from
today, 1 February 2000.

Alfred  Ernest Round has been appointed to the Board in an executive  capacity
as  Operations Director.  Mr Round, who moves up from his present position  as
Operations Manager, has been with the Company for just over six years.

He holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree and is a member of both the Institute
of  Mechanical Engineers and the Institute of Electrical Engineers.  Prior  to
joining  the  Company,  Mr Round held Chief Engineer  and  Project  Management
positions at several multi-national companies.

Mr  J  F  Slingsby is to be re-designated as an Executive Director, continuing
upon  the same terms and conditions as ap present, to more accurately  reflect
his  time  commitment  to the Company. He will continue his  present  role  as
Chairman.

Note:

Mr  Round  has not held any directorships of a publicly quoted company  within
the last five years.

Mr Round has no unspent convictions in relation to indictable offences nor has
he  been  bankrupt or the subject of an individual voluntary arrangement.   He
has  not  been  the director of any company or the partner in any  partnership
which   has  been  the  subject  of  a  receivership,  compulsory  liquidation
administration  or similar matter.  Mr Round has never been disqualified  from
acting  as a director nor has he ever been the subject of any public criticism
by a statutory or regulatory authority.
