The Company announces that on 17 December 2012 it purchased, for immediate cancellation 29,010 of its ordinary 2p shares at a price per share of 78p.

Following the above purchase and cancellation, the number of ordinary shares in issue is 48,754,155.

The total number of voting rights in the Company as at 17 December 2012 is 48,754,155.  This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
