                NOTICE OF MEETING TO DECLARE INTERIM DIVIDEND
                      AND ANNOUNCE RESULTS FOR HALF YEAR

On Wednesday 14 March 2001 a committee of the Board is expected to declare an
interim dividend on the ordinary share capital and announce the financial
results of the Company for the half-year ended 31 January 2001.
