The third tranche of the Programme is now complete. Goldman Sachs International, who undertook the third tranche for Smiths, purchased 13,608,561 Ordinary Shares for a total consideration of £199,820,668. To date, 28,362,224 shares have been purchased under the Programme, for a total consideration of £423,490,430.
