Smiths News plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified that Jonathan Bunting has exercised 42,857 share options at an option price of £0.126 per share under the terms of the Connect Group PLC Save As You Earn Plan. The options were granted on the 3 August 2020 with a savings term of three years. The options are exercisable from 1 September 2023 until 28 February 2024.
