Notification of Interim Results

Smiths News PLC, the UK's leading wholesaler of newspapers and magazines, will be announcing its interim results for the six months ended 28 February 2010 on Thursday 22 April 2010.

A meeting for analysts will be held at 9.30am at the offices of Buchanan Communications, 45 Moorfields, London EC2Y 9AE on Thursday 22 April 2010.
