                   Resignation of director and liquidator

The Siam Investment Fund (the Company) announces that Mr Enghug Nontikarn
resigned as a director of the Company on 22 February 2006 with effect from 23
February 2006. In addition, following the commencement of the winding up of the
Company in accordance with its Memorandum and Articles of Association at
midnight Cayman Islands time on 22 February 2006, the Company also announces the
resignation as a liquidator of the Company of Mr Mungkorn Kriengwatana on and
with effect from 27 February 2006.
