SIAM INVESTMENT FUND
The Directors of the Siam Investment Fund wish to announce that an Extraordinary
General Meeting of the shareholders of the Fund will be held at 3 PM on Monday,
March 31 in Bangkok, Thailand. The purpose of the meeting is for shareholders to
vote for either of the following resolutions:
Resolution No 1:
1) That the Fund will continue with SIF's existing investment policy;
OR
Resolution No 2:
2) That the Fund will change its investment policy, such that no new
investments will be made, the Fund will commence the process of realization of
its assets and distribute the net proceeds to shareholders. Furthermore to amend
the Fund's distribution policy and the terms of the Investment Advisory
Agreement.
