                  Results of Annual General Meeting



The Board of Directors of the Siam Investment Fund (the 'Fund') wishes to
announce that at an Annual General Meeting of the shareholders held on October
29, 2003 in Bangkok, Thailand, shareholder approval was received for the
following three items:

(1)  adoption of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended March 31,2003

(2)  appointment of Grant Thornton as auditors of the Fund

(3)  election of James Marshall as a Director of the Company
