2014 Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Smurfit Kappa Group plc (the "Company") advises that the Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014 and a notice convening the 2015 Annual General Meeting were posted to shareholders today, 27 March 2015. 

The Company also advises that copies of the above documents will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at: http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm/.
