Change in the membership of the Audit Committee, within S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. Board of Directors

S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. informs its shareholders and investors that, in the meeting held on November 14, 2023, by Decision no. 106, the Board of Directors approved membership of the Audit Committee as follows:
