In compliance with the provisions of Law no. 24/2017 regarding Issuers of Financial Instruments and Market Operations and the A.S.F. Regulation. no. 5/2018 regarding the Issuers of Financial Instruments and Market Operations, we hereby inform about a drafting error occurred in the Current Report published on February 21, 2023 (IRIS BVB code AA491, RNS number: 6048Q) regarding the conclusion with S ELECTROCENTRALE Bucuresti S.A. of the Addendum no. 1/2023 to the natural gas sales Contract no. VG55/2022, as follows: the column "Issued Guarantee", as it appears in the content of the report, shall remain blank, considering the fact that Contract no. VG55/2022 does not state the buyer's obligation to issue guarantees.
