Capital Reduction

Further to the announcements made on 26 June 2012 regarding the Company's proposed Capital Reduction and on 20 July 2012 in respect of the approval given by shareholders of the special resolution to approve the same, the directors are pleased to announce that at the Court Hearing which took place yesterday, the Company received Court approval for the Capital Reduction.

Following receipt of the Court order confirming the cancellation (usually 2-3 days after the date of the hearing) will be filed with Companies House, at which time the capital reduction will be effective.  

Terms used and not defined in this announcement bear the same meaning given to them in the circular dated 26 June 2012.
