Director Shareholding

The Company was notified today that on the 22 January 2009, Tony Rafferty, Chief Executive, purchased 3,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 25 pence per share. As a result of this transaction Mr Rafferty is now interested in 9,162,222 Ordinary Shares representing 20.36% of the issued share capital of the Company.
