The Company was notified today that Tony Rafferty, its Chief Executive, sold
2,619,024 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares') on 2 December
2005 at a price of 68p per Share at the request of the Company's brokers in
order to satisfy, in part, strong institutional demand for the Company's shares.
As a result of this transaction Mr Rafferty is now interested in a total of
9,055,042 Shares representing approximately 20.3 per cent. of the issued share
capital of the Company.
