PRINTING.COM PLC (the 'Company')


Issue of Equity


Printing.com plc announces that at a board meeting held on 17 August 2007 it
allotted 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company in accordance with a
third party option agreement. Application will be made at the earliest
practicable opportunity for admission of the new ordinary shares to trading on
the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange.


The enlarged issued share capital of the Company now consists of 44,948,465
ordinary shares of 1p each.
